Their service is free, you just pay the €20 fee from immigration, so no need to pay anyone to do this for you. They email you instructions plus the forms to complete - in English - and arrange for someone to visit you at home and go through everything and send it direct to Nicosia for you and bring you the MEU3 when it is ready, so you don't even need to leave the house.

I have used them and it was brilliant, not to mention an absolute bargain!

Yes Effsie we used these people as we had been waiting two years for our MEU3 to come through.
We applied for it in September 2018 but didn't get any certificates, after going to see the officer in charge at immigration in Paphis three times and each time was told yes you are in the system you will get them. Tried to phone Nicosia (no reply) emailed Nicosia (no reply) went to see them (got the Cypriot shrug) then finally Wendy Nash got it for us.
We had to collect it from the ACS office but what a relief. So anyone waiting to do it or having problems use them they are excellent. Why waste your money.
