Its that time of years again, we are actively looking for properties to sell to our band of waiting clients and the new comers once the gates reopen. Specifically we are looking for the following: 3 bedroom houses to €200,000 3 Bedroom houses to €240,000 3 Bedroom apartments to €130,000 These are in most residential areas including Peyia although the triangle from Kissonerga, Koloni and Tsada are the favourite locations 1 bedroom apartments in most areas to €75,000 and €85,000 2 bedroom apartments in most areas to €95,000 Villas in the higher brackets in all areas including Sea Caves to Aphrodite Hills We are happy to have properties with and without Title deed as unlike many others we will work with the property and owner to ensure a secure purchase for a buyer.
