I think a lot of people might think they are 'banned' since they have been 'logged off' It was the fault of the most recent Windows update.
To resolve the problem, just go to log in, enter your user name and password (email Neil if you can't remember your password) and remember to tick "keep me logged in"

If it's something else that's holding you back, let us know 233 views to date and no replies :greetings
