Trying to submit my tax return for 2020 but portal doesn't seem to be open. Does anyone know details please. Of course no one answers phones.

Worth having another try maybe tomorrow

There was a worldwide problem this morning with many web sites "Websites begin to work again after major breakage"
including many Government sites
