I have seen seen and heard a number of adverts here in Cyprus offering people services creating and registering Powers of Attorney in the UK. Having just had to create them for a relative in the UK (you have to do 2 - one for financial things and one for other decisions) you can just log into the government website and fill out the whole thing online and pay the registration fee. All you have to do then is print it, sign it and post it. You need to read the instructions carefully but it is pretty straightforward to do by yourself. |
