See from my tax return that I have been charged for GESY. As have an S1 and no problem previous years would like help from members the best way to get this put right.

Did you complete the tax return or was it by an accountant? If the latter then you need to go and discuss it with them.

Likewise a S1 holder for a few years and just checked my 2023 Cyprus Tax Return.
On the first page under Section B
No. 2
Subsection 1. Exemption Type it still states 1. OTHER then 3. MOH Document Date and 4. Ref Number of MOH Document.
In the GESY section on Page 9 it is full of zeros.

Sorry I can't be more helpful but have been using the same Accountant for a few years now but if I had any queries would be seeing her as a matter of priority.

Tax in Nicosia talked me through the form. Thought it was odd not as she said to leave some boxes blank.
Looks like visit to tax office.
