Hi, have an holiday apartment in Universal….bit concerned that we havnt had a rubbish bill this year . Usually receive before we lock up in October ….dont want to end up being charged for late payment!!

Do you have a previous bill? If so you could email them and ask them to send the bill or copy to you by email.

We pay by Standing Order and usually not due out via email until December. Also, the changes to the Municipalities may also be a factor.
