We live in a cul-de-sac. A developer lives at the turning head of the Cul-de-sac and currently has several crates, building equipment and sundry crap in the turning head.

Has anyone EVER got anywhere by complaining to the Municipality?

I will take a pic tomorrow to show how bad it is.
The local developer has even bolted a metal frame for parking his car to the turning head!

I know this is Cyprus but..........

Have you talked to the developer in question.

Might cause a few problems for you if you bypass this option and go straight to the Muhkter (Spelling).

I have tried asking him but unfortunately he is Armenian and really doesn't speak any English!

We don't have a local Muktar on the Universal area -not that I am aware of and I have been here over 6 years.

Now all I have to do is read the instructions of how to upload the photos!

I thought there was a Muhktar that covered Universal. Maybe Jean will know when she reads this topic.

Here I am and nope, never heard of a Mukhtar for Universal. I think we come under Paphos Municipality.

But for the sake of directions it is easier to give the more known street names.
