Well it looks like we have another batch
of nice cyprus rain. :D
It started about an hour ago, lets hope it stays steady ....

Hi Jambo

Yep...... raining here in Stroumbi too :)

Looks like we are going to get another 4/5 day storm next week according to the forecast.

Another week of sleepless nights and manic cats :roll:

We can do with the rain but not too bothered about the light shows all night

Well !. What a night, I hope thats put a small amount back in the cyprus dams ? ...
It was more then one large whisky last night,
but great fun watching the sky around paphos light up .. :wink:

Sam,

After suffering the heat & humidity of Cyprus for 8 months, its really nice to stand out in a shower & have the cool rain pour over your body, no matter what you're wearing :roll:

I usually go up to the Troodos mountains during the hottest days, as the temperature is about 10c cooler & you can feel the temperature dropping as you get higher, its really relaxing.. :wink:

This winters going to be a cold one alright :!: we've already got snow on the Troodos mountains, which only really happens if the winter is going to be long & cold :roll:

So as it stands, we have rain, I bet before long we start to get snow in the out lying villages like Tsada & Kili :wink:

well in the years I have been here,
i have never seen snow over this side of cyprus ..
And hope I never do :shock:
