Post subject:  The cyprus mall..

I have been out for run around today.
We ended up in Nicosia at the cyprus mall
and I have to say I was impressed.
Ikea is massive :shock: , I did get sick of that, but them shops were great, though it was a nightmare trying to get something to eat , I think therewere more people there to eat, than to shop :shock:

IF the Paphos mall is ever built

It will be similar to what you have seen elsewhere

and not really that good.............

And would you want it We went to Glasgow today Just to pick up a ticket for a gig our son is going too.Got there went into a mall off argylle st. as it was lashing rain and to get a bite to eat and maybe a bit window shopping. Found a table sat down looked around and thought what a jungle get me out of here. I forget what its like only 2hrs fom me.Its good to have a shoping mall but not too near thankyou.

JORDAN has had a holiday villa built for her in her favourite colour

PINK - both inside and out.

The garish pad cost the glamour girl, real name KATIE PRICE and hubby PETER ANDRE £3.5million.

The purpose-built villa, on holiday island Cyprus, is close to where Peter’s parents live in Larnaca.

Mum-of-three Jordan, 29, is believed to have ordered expensive marble with pink flecks inside the house.

A lift runs up to a huge roof terrace, while there is also a pool and a veranda.

The couple will use the home as a relaxing bolt-hole after a year in which Jordan gave birth to daughter PRINCESS TIAAMII and Peter, 34, was hit by meningitis.

He said the house was “gorgeous”, adding: “After everything that’s happened this year, Kate and I are in desperate need of a holiday.

“Hopefully now we’ll be able to get away whenever we feel like it.”

All because jordan wants to shop at the mall

The Ikea restaurant is not that special and you will choke on the cigarette smoke. Much the better plan is to drive home via the old B1 road (turn left at the Mall/Ikea exit - it's a dual carriageway, go right round the first island and travel down the other side of the dual carriageway to the neat huge island, then instead of turning right for the motorway, go straight on.)

On the outskirts of Latsia, there's an industrial estate and on the right by that estate there is a large lay-by with a caravan snack bar (painted red and covered with Coca Cola ads, so it is hard to miss). There you will find one of the secrets that most Brits seem to overlook - the hot sandwich :)

For €3 you can get a huge meal of a toasted sandwich with halloumi, ham, bacon, egg or whatever. You can keep your prissy Ikea prawn and egg sandwich with only one slice of bread, and the green coloured cake that you can taste all day :( This is the business :)

Stay on the B1 all the way to Limassol. There is no traffic, it's a far more enjoyable run than the motorway, and adds only about 15 minutes to the journey.

Not sure what JGG means when he says "if Paphos Mall gets built" as I pass the building site most days and can confirm that it is a reality. Just hope no IKEA . :P
