I just want everyone to keep their fingers and everything else crossed for me as I actually have an interview tomorrow - first one in seven months and obviously it has given me a rather nice boost - just hoping I don't come down with a cropper.

Thats a good point Tanny, lots of companies these days like you to know something about them, so do some research, even if its only about what they do, when they started & what they're looking for

As they say, never say never, after all this is Cyprus, so expect the unexpected

I wasn't hopeful about the MOD job, but I got it. Until they lost the contract. Then I got this one.

Stay positive. It ain't over til the fat lady sings. Apparently.

Thanks again everyone. If anything I have to be positive and think well at least it was an interview and I remembered this morning what I was told on one of the courses I went to whilst with Newham - just think of the interviewer with no clothes on which I tried to but didn't work as it was a woman.

If not this one then the next.

Good luck at least youv'e gained the experience of the interview I think we can go rusty after a while so even if things don't work out youv'e done great to get to this stage. I hope it comes to you if you really want it

Alison not a matter of really wanting the job but really needing it.

At present we are trying to manage on a budget of £50 a week which is impossible so the savings are going down fast and furious, especially since everything seems to be falling apart at the same time (me included).
