I hope that my reply is OK with "the management" but you did ask !!

A big "Yes" to having a problem.

Let us say that my issue is with the individual and the matter is in "official" hands !! A lawyer has opined that I could say much more because he says that facts are facts but I do not want to cause the mods a heart attack.............!!

From what the lawyer indicated to me then there will be others out there who have had difficulties too. I was hoping that there might be some mutual advantage in talking together.

I mentioned the new development in Choletria because the "authorities" showed me the site in conjunction with their investigations.
