At this time of year, it’s good to remember friends

Friends are like knickers.

Some crawl up your backside
Some snap under pressure
Some don’t have the strength to hold you up
Some get a little twisted
Some are your favourite that you would hate to lose
Some are not worth having
Some are holey
Some are cheap and just plain nasty
But the good ones will always support you and cover your backside when you most need them

Just like our friends,nether garments have evolved over the years Dave,when i was a lad it could take a fair amount of material to cover our embarrassment from neck to ankle,now a sliver here a tassle there,but we do see more of our friends
