If you are in the UK and you can't start your car, the breakdown services won't help you. However, if it happens in Cyprus, the recovery service linked to your Cyprus car insurance will pick up the car (and you if necessary) and take it to the garage of your choice FREE OF CHARGE.

I had to do this recently. I am with Atlantic Insurance and the recovery service is recovery line. I rang and they said 30 mins, Which is exactly when they turned up.

They will if you have paid for that particular service. 'Rescue Plus' with Green Flag.

But I agree that it is good that they will come out to your home in Cyprus.
