2 bedroom top floor apartment with sea view in the Melania area of Chlorakas. Furnished to a high standard and with quality light fittings, fly screens, etc. Shared pool, parking. No title deeds yet but will be very soon. I'm interested in swapping for a similar apartment in Coral Bay or Paphos - nearer to the tourist area's as I want to use only as a holiday apartment.
