Truth now

How many people still use rubber gloves?
How many people sanitize before entering a shop and on leaving?
How many people clean their purchases when they get home?
How many people clean / replace their material masks frequently?
How many people replace their ‘disposable’ masks ‘daily’ (I regularly see a guy who i'm sure still wearing the same 'disposable' mask he bought 18 months ago) :smilielol

How many people wear their masks ‘properly’, over the mouth AND nose

How many people wear a mask when moving around in a restaurant / bar and WHEN LEAVING the premises?

We do all of the above barring we had stopped wearing rubber gloves and washing tin items when we bring the shopping home

Which we have talked about today ...
and with the rising infections will start doing once again

We do clean trolley handles as well as our hands when entering supermarkets and always clean our hands again on the way out

All fruits and vegetables are washed as we get home before being stored

We always clean our hands and wear our masks properly where ever we go
And always when walking around in and outside of a resteraunt and when using their bathrooms

These are not hard rules to follow ...just common sense
We have been following these safety steps since March 2020
Amazing though how many people ...even now ...just will not do the basics ...we all see them!

Hands....face....space....ventilated places

In addition to most items MAD has listed I also clean the bank's ATM screen and keypad prior to use, likewise the supermarket trolley handle and front area where I am likely to make digital contact and the places on chairs where my hands and forearms come into contact.
All purchases and money are cleaned on my return to the house as is the outer surface of any bags, purse, mobile phone, spectacles case etc.
In shops/elevators and using entrance/exit doors I carry disinfected wipes all the time so 'clean as I go' and it is easy to throw in the bin straight afterwards and get out a fresh one.

It became habit months ago, and as time goes on I feel it is even more necessary to take extra protective measures.
