The health ministry on Friday announced that the vaccination portal has opened for the booking of Johnson & Johnson booster shots. Up until now, people could only get a booster at walk-in vaccination centres. People who were originally vaccinated with the Janssen (Johnson & Johnson) vaccine can choose between the same vaccine, Pfizer-BioNTech, or Moderna for their second dose. The ministry added that due to a scheduled system update the portal will be temporarily unavailable between 6.15pm and 8pm, during which time appointment arrangements will not be available.
