Health authorities said Friday they have identified three cases of the Omicron variant of the coronavirus in Limassol. All three cases concerned Greek Cypriots who had returned from a trip abroad early this month. None of them need hospitalisation. Reports suggested the three were pupils who tested negative upon their arrival but were found positive after exhibiting symptoms a few days later.
