This tree is in a green area next to us, over hanging our yard but provides good shade in peak of summer ! I don't know what it is but nonetheless have 'hacked' it over the last few years to try and keep it under control, but probably have done nothing more than generate fast growth. In 5 years has grown from 3cm diameter trunk to probably going on 20cm now. It stays green all year but does drop leaves for a long period of the year, i think during/around Spring. Flowering now as seen in the image, don't remember if it flowered last year but has flowered other years before.
So i`d like to find out what it is so i can be informed how to attack it !
