Hello - and what a great find this site is.

I am in the process of buying a 3 bedroom house in Peyia. The property has been empty for 8 years and though it is in good condition it needs work. Therefore I'd be interested in hearing anyone's recommendations for the following services:

1. Cleaning.
The house needs a thorough professional clean.

2. Interior decorators.
The whole of the interior needs painting.

3. Gardening and landscaping.
There is a lot to do here as I want most of the bushes pulled up, the border conifers chopped and ordered and lemon/orange trees planted.

4. Fence builders.
Wire and wooden fencing - basically to contain the dog.

5. Pool cleaning and maintenance.

I think that's it at this point, although come the summer the oustide will need totally repainting + the railings.

Thanks in advance for any help given. It's not so easy to know who to trust via a Google search!

If he can't help you he always knows someone who can, he has very good reliable contacts.
I rented his villa in coral bay for a couple of months in nov 2007 and dougie and his team always work hard and do a good job.
