If you are in the process of selling or about to start, we have a client coming over with some quite specific requirements and would be delighted to list your property.

He requires the following:

Independent villa/bungalow
Pool preferred
3 bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms
Sea view is necessary
Covered area from 130sqm
Plot size from 320sqm

Desired area is Tala, Secret Valley and most areas in between. Is not so keen on Peyia

In the words of the client he wishes to avoid in particular the area of Peyia he calls the 'jungle' but will consider some of the areas on the periphery.
