We have a party of guests over from the ex soviet areas, and they are here to purchase 3 villas each with 3 bedrooms, with direct access to the sea or 100-250 meters back with no obstruction to the view. Pete, you would be surprised.  more than you would imagine. Its amazing how often when we speak to sellers they are aware of and have read pp. Not all are always active and many are known as passive lurkers, but nonetheless have some fantastic houses, and often for sale.Many of these owners want their properties sold 'quietly' therefore we have a section at the back of the website where properties can only be viewed by invited parties. |

That's quite surprising. Under the circumstances, as soon as you need a property whose spec matches ours, you can offer it for €1.5 million. In fact I'll even knock a third off for cash!  Pete |
