We have a client visiting shortlyto pruchase whose requirements are as follows: Good proximity to International school or easy access (maybe 8-10 minutes maximum), Not in heavily built or developed area (so lower village areas acceptable). Konia or Anarita are the furthest East. 4 bedrooms, great sized plot, minimum 200sqm covere area, private pool, good views and luxury fittings required.
