We have a visiting client looking to purchase a nice 3 bedroom villa within 10 minuted of the American Academy (Koloni), must have a reasonable plot 400 sqm +, good sized covered area, quality fixtures, pool. Thought about that, but they need ready, titles not necessarily an issue. But Aya Varvara is a great location. |
