Paphos People

I m not sure if i ve done this right never done it before applogises if i haven t. My husband and i are looking to move to the Paphos area and wondered if anybody had a property with use of a pool they would like long term tenents for. We are hoping to move over September time Thank you

I would definitely advise for you to
come over stay in a short term rental first....so that then you can choose where you want to stay
places rarely look like the pictures or the descriptions given
and seeing as you are looking to rent long term...you will need the property and place to be right for you.....you need to be here to look and choose properly
loads of places to choose from by the way and some fab prices to be had:grin:

We have a 2 double bed apartment fully furnished and equipped in the hills in peyia village.It is a five minute walk down to all the shops and tavernas etc,has covered parking,fly screens,ceiling fans,air conditioning( both hot and cold),heaters for winter (you will need them) is also on a small complex with communal pool and a garden at back that you can use to grow stuff if you want.
I will say that you will need a car as it is not on a direct bus route but there is a bus service in the village.
It has phone points and Nile sattelite fitted.
For the right tenants a good rent can be offered which will include the communal charge and refuse tax.
If you want to rent short term to see if you like it there then I am happy to discuss this too.
