Hello,
We are a retired couple, non-smokers, no pets, trying to find out what is out there.
We have been in our present location near Peyia for nearly 3 years.
We would prefer to stay in the same area e.g. St Georges, or overlooking St Georges.
We are considering moving and want a bungalow of villa with a large private pool, in a quiet, stress quiet area, e.g. no barking dogs, but not remote from shops etc., in good condition with all white goods in good working order, preferably an English landlord.
All utilities available.
In first instance we would want details of rent, terms and preferably location and pictures.There is no urgency we will take our time and choose the best fit, the aim is to reduce our outgoings,rental costs setting up and moving expenses.
