I'm looking to move house in mid-November this year for a long term [years] rental

I'm really need a 2 bedroom villa or bungalow, but will happily take a 3 bedroom place if it gets me my main requirement, a nice, low maintenance, private outdoor space which is mainly in the sun.

Currently concentrating on St. Georges, Coral Bay Peyia [preferred] of Kissonerga, but would consider further out for the right property

Must be furnished, and at least be wired to the street ready for internet, if it doesn't have it already

Must have aircon in the bedrooms, don't care about the other rooms, woodburner and/or central heating and shutters would be a distinct plus

Pool would be nice but not essential. If a pool is included I have the tools and expertise to look after it myself should the property be priced with a managed pool

View is not important and no smoking/no pets is fine

Looking to pay <= 450 for two bed, <=550 for three

I am currently trawling the usual suspects on the net, but if anyone knows of any private [unadvertised] rentals due to become available in my timescales, I would be grateful for a pointer in the right direction
