Detached 3 bed house or bungalow wanted to rent with own pool , from December 2013 for at least 1 year , hopefully for many.

For retired English couple , with no pets.

Must be fully furnished , the more modern the better.

Areas preferred Neo Chorio , Latchi or Polis , but would consider St George ,Sea caves or Kamares.

Would like to hear from an owner , do not need recommended estate agents , I think I have contact with them all .

NOTE we have lived in Cyprus 3 years now and are moving when our current lease ends .

Whatever you choose,bear in mind that from December through until May you will need central heating and very few houses have that. You will not be able to use your pool either until May at the earliest and not much after October but you will have 12 months expense and maintainance.
The areas you are looking in are quite diverse. Kamares being the coldest in winter and the coolest in summer with less humidity.
Latchi and Polis are slightly warmer in winter but a lot hotter in summer.
Sea Caves,St Georges very humid in summer and cold in winter but much nearer to amenities and big shopping areas,the airport and such.
It may pay you to rent something modest for December on a short tenancy while you explore the areas you have mentioned. Many areas have problems with barking dogs and noisy motor bikes etc so it pays not to put all your eggs in one basket too quickly.

What I have not mentioned we have been here for 3 years already , and it is only when our current lease runs out that we are looking for a change of location.
