Has any one had the experience of adding a family, blood relative, to their title deeds? I have kept my 1952 100 yards school swimming certificate in case they ask for that! Thanks |

They are going to want transfer tax and stamps. |

Yes, I did it recently, not expensive, around 50 Euro's All IPT has to be paid up to date and it takes about three months to get your new Deeds. I used a Solicitor and met him at the Land Registry; he had completed the required documents and we were in and out in five minutes and the same when we collected the new Deeds. Jim |
