Based in the heart of Paphos we provide excellent working conditions, a basic salary and generous bonus scheme. Due to our company's growth we are now looking for motivational individuals to become part of our team. Job description Working in a fast paced outbound calling environment, proactively identifying and generating industrial deafness claims. The Candidate You will have excellent communication and questioning skills to identify and qualify leads. You will be a natural motivator and able to successfully pass on your knowledge and expertise to the other agents. You will need to be able to work well under pressure in order to get the job done and reach targets to achieve bonus and contribute to the team’s success. You should be comfortable working as part of a team but have confidence to be self-organised and have the ability to use your own initiative Experience Experience of working in an Outbound call centre is desired but not essential as full training will be given. In return you will receive a basic salary plus commission and opportunities to progress within the company. An excellent telephone manner and attention to detail is also essential. Target/results driven Resilient and have a real desire to succeed.
