OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR/SECRETARYJob Location: Paphos
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all our Visitors, and will be required to deal with all enquiries in an efficient and professional manner. You must be a pleasant and friendly individual with good telephone skills and good manners.
You will be responsible for keeping up to date the company’s online property listings system. (Training will be provided.)
You will work as part of a highly motivated team, and you will be expected to support the customer service within the company. Other duties may be allocated to support the sales, marketing etc.
Job Requirements• Degree in Office Administration/Secretarial studies will be considered an advantage
• Fluent in English language, both written and oral. Greek and Russian will be considered an advantage.
• Computer literate
• Good telephone communication skills.
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Work experience in the Real Estate Industry will be considered an advantage
