Please can anyone confirm a new law, that my developer tells me now exists, which is directly aimed at those people who will not pay their communal fees within complexes. I understand that it is supposed to state that after a certain period of non-payment of the fees then the property itself can be seized by the courts. ?? Many thanks

I hope its correct as then maybe the Tala rates will go down; as I understand it they went up because there was an element who didnt pay thier tax so the rest of us got penalised. Maybe someone can confirm this? as I only get the information 3rd or 4th hand

whoops should have read it properly, not council tax but communal fees, we get fined if we dont pay ours but then we have got rid of the developer and do it oursleves (with the help of a committee)
