I wonder if anybody has had a similar problem, we have had the Land Registry people round twice now regarding the title deeds, it turns out that the pump house isnt on the original plan, and they are telling us that this will hold up the deeds, is it possible to have the boiler house added to the plans to enable us to get the deeds.

Go into the planning office and ask ..
I would imagine it is , but how long that will take,
I dont know..

Yes it is possible.
You just need to get the plans updated.
It should not delay things too much as long as you have not exceeded the percentage covered area loolwance.
The developer will probably want to charge a fortune to update your plans (although he should do it free of charge)
It's a simple job for any Draughtsman.
I gather it happens a lot. :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: :lol: surprise, surprise.
