Just get a few quotes before you go ahead and dont make the Solicitor/Lawyer your Executor. |

Thats right Neil, if you have them as Executor, their costs are enormous. Much better to choose someone you know as Executor, who can then shope around for costs. |

Our lawyer did ours for us and even sent us to the court house in Paphos with his secretary to have them formally lodged .He charged CY£100 for both and we were very impressed.If you want his name PM me and I will give it to you.He was an independant that was recomended to us when we bought our apartment. |

Thank you for the various replies. My accountant advises not necessary to make a Cyprus will since do not own nor intend to own any property here. |
