Hi Les A good accountant will be able to give you all this information and set it up for you. I recommend Yannis at Hadjitofis Accounting. Lesley |

Hi Les, We set up our company in August and our accountant helped us to complete all the forms, which were in Greek. But this being Cyprus the registration of the company had to be done through a lawyer. €1200 all in for the accountant and lawyer to register the company which took three weeks. I do not know enough about Cyprus company law to answer your questions but it may be worth contacting a lawyer on this to find out if you can register a Company Group and trade the other companies under that, in different names. If you can avoid it, dont set up a limited company , just go as a sole trader , we run the restaurant , the duckpond cafe and our frozen food business from the same one . our cosmetic company is ltd , and very expensive to maintain accounts |
