Post subject:  Splitting a plot of land - advice please
Has anyone had experience of splitting their plot of land to create a new building plot please - would value some information on the process and recommendations on who to use.

I have no idea how to do it but just advice, have you checked the percentage of build allowed in the area as I know sometimes even a large field is too small to build even a small house or if there is already a property on the land it may have used all the allowance.

Thankyou - yes - building density checked - we have 733.5 sq.m. to play with (40% build on 2342 plot with 203.5 taken up already)
