This ones been going for 2 years....it's reached 11,000 odd now..

I've thought recently petitions appear to be as good as a chocolate fireguard....

The biggest ever petition in the UK..of over 4 million signatures did zilch....

So 5000 is a spit in the wind...

It's far more likely the union will be broken up by those countries leaving eventually....

Whatever the total, I would guess most have to exercise their right from another country!
