Does anyone know of an independent Financial Institution that could give a quick ruling on what they would consider to be an acceptable time for an IFA adviser to get initial closure surrender paperwork to two separate companies that held accounts that I wanted to sell? After I had give the IFA written instructions to close the accounts with immediate effect.
