CYDRA, since recently finally receiving their charity status is in need of volunteers.

At the moment we need people to assist on the committee, vice president etc etc. Anyone wishing to volunteer for secretary would be most welcome - minuting a meeting once a month, sending out agendas (via e-mail) - not sure what else there would be at this stage, although it would be nice if we could get the CYDRA book up and running again at the market - this would mean going to the Duckpond once a week and updating a book of dogs that are looking for homes- as this has sadly gone by the wayside since Eve and John have left the island, or if someone is willing to do this and have no other commitments then fine - we are easy. Anyone who knows anything of the charity law in Cyprus to ensure we keep to the straight and narrow would be a vast asset.

We don't want to put anyone under vast pressure hence we really need more people to do small bits rather than a few doing large.

We have a meeting arranged in Pissouri on Sunday at 10.00am (venue to be confirmed) so if you would like to assist and come to this meeting, you can either pm me on here, or e-mail cydra@cyprusdogs.eu or even post your interest in helping.

Please help no matter how small your contribution as this would really be welcome.
