Location: Kato Paphos
Could be classed as "lower end" with regard to price, and when I was looking for somewhere to stay I considered this along with Daphne, Veronica, and one or two other hotels of similar price.
I booked the hotel online, and got an ok price. I think about 25 euros a night. Not bad really. I stayed there in October, as I recall.
oh - just remembered - they also had some deal of 4 nights for the price of 3 , or something like that, which also helped. They might have had something like "special offers" on their website.
The room was clean, but basic. Shower, bed, tv. No fridge. Free wifi, which did work in the room, to my surprise. And was of an ok speed.
The location is good, if you are looking to stay near the centre of Kato Paphos, and within walking distance of the harbour (3 minutes?), and also the Papantoniou (sp?) supermarket (3 mins). The mall was also within walking distance, as well as the main estate agents. ( I was looking at properties at the time, so this was one reason for my choice of location).
When I arrived they were ready for me, and already had a room allocated. They spoke good English at the reception.
The lady at reception did warn me that it might be a little noisy at night - I think I arrived on Friday. And she offered to try and change my room, if I so desired.
The next day I did ask her, and she moved me to a room further back from the main road - which I believe is basically known as Bar street. Not 100% sure on this, but it sure did have a good number of bars. Some of which were noisy until the early hours.
So if you can, I recommend getting a room away from the road a little, if possible.
Breakfast was a bit basic, but included in my price. So-so museli, some fruit, juice, toast, some cheese, sliced ham etc. Basic. But I didn't starve.

All in all - if you are looking for somewhere cheap to stay for a few days, I would recommend the Pyramos.
The location is excellent - right in the centre of Kato Paphos - as far as I was concerned.
Walk to the Public beach, but probably better to go to the Alex the Great hotel and use the "beach" there, or one of the better beaches a little further out.
It is not five star. But then, at 20 quid a night, you're not going to get that!

Guests there, incidentally, were mostly western European. Some Dutch I noticed, also a German family, some English. A nice mix.
