I contacted the Overseas Health care dept to update our E121 to S1. This was their response: Quote;
Thanks for your email. Please accept my apologies for the delay in response.
Our records show that you both currently hold fully registered E121’s, these are the old form type of the S1. An E121 entitles you to exactly the same cover as an S1.
Would you like a copy of this S1 form? I would need you to confirm you do not need to re-register in Cyprus and this would be for your records only.
If you need to re-register with your local health authority I would ask our digital team to cancel your current E121 and look into issuing a new S1 for you.
Please let me know how you would like to proceed. I apologise for any inconvenience and I will look into this for you promptly.
