I like my ballet as ballet, not gymnastics... the passion gets lost in a series of gymnastic moves you could see at an athletics competition.

I saw them in Swan Lake that very year! Mind blowing, it was a birthday treat from my godmother.

Lesley I am not a connoisseur of ballet & accept your point but sometimes you may have to try to encourage people into that art using a different approach & I admit that if your contribution was my first experience of ballet I wouldn't have a clue what was going on but the music alone would have intrigued me to want to know more so youv'e guessed it. Music is my life & it doesn't always need great music to raise that passion. You really do have something to look forward to next March & hope you have a brilliant time.
