I cannot think of a singer who did not sing about love sometime in their career & poppy is going thru that mood tonight so lets have some songs to reflect the power of love

Unchained Melody from Ghost.

Normally I don't do 'slosh', but there is an exception to every rule - this in mine.

Can't say Andy Williams does it for me, but like Jim Reeves, their songs had perfect timing. Both a delight to dance to.

Oh I too saw Topol in Fiddler on the Roof in London years ago. There were some magical musicals, I loved Miss Siagon but my best of all favourite was Michael Crawford in Phantom of the Opera - makes me tingle just thinking about the music in that show.

Phew you are way ahead of me Thom, but I did see Evita, Chess, Starlight Express, Chicago and a couple of others (names escape me). The last one I saw was Mamma Mia on Broadway. But still think Phantom is my favourite.

Rudimental have won the breakthrough act of the year at the UK Festival Awards. Not saying I agree but you can judge for yourself

... All night long ...

My 19 year old son saw Lionel Ritchie in Sheffield, his university town, last year. He said the venue was full of cougars

... Hello, is it me you're looking for ...

OK its just an advert but love it. Perhaps someone might start a new thread based on advertisements. Some are pretty clever
