Ah it's the Citroën Grand C4 Picasso advert with the floaty spacemen - I love that. I agree - that music is wonderful.

Some of the UK's most creative film-making talent is employed in the production of commercials. And while 99% of commercials are fairly ho-hum, every once in a while something comes along which is really special. Either visually, or the music attached to it, or ideally, both.

One of my favourites at the moment is the First Choice "All You Can Is All We Do" tv commercial. Firstly for the imaginative spectacle of the advert - wouldn't that just appeal to kids? - but also for the music.

Can you believe, 280,000 people searched on YouTube, simply to watch a tv advert!

Both these First Choice ads have a 1m duration, so they will have been big budget.

Advert shows protective father taking care of his little girl during the early years of her life…and then continuing the process in her late teens by buying her a 'safe' VW Golf. The great track really adds to the story.
