After a discussion with martin today
we have decided to open up the property to rent section
Which was a paid section , is now free.
please feel free to post any paphos holiday letting that you may
have free of charge for a year ..

Remember we are currently getting over 1000 visitors
every single day to paphos people so if you want your property to be seen
this is the place to be

When placing an advert please try to follow the format that I have used
here..

Hi Neil
How do we post a advert on the holiday rental as there is no posting button to allow posting (unless I need to go to specsavers lol)

As far as I can see there is no "new post" button. Perhaps as this used to be a paid for section then Admin were the ones to post adverts through the administration area.

We wanted to book our holiday in October through a holiday let but unfortunately by the time we'd paid air fares a holiday let was more expensive than an all inclusive holiday at a 4 star hotel.
We really would have liked to have the freedom and independence of a holiday let but the overall expense was prohibitive to us.
If anyone knows reasonable priced airlines then maybe it would encourage people to rent direct.

John, the only way you will get a reasonable priced airline is if you book very early, i.e. Easyjet.

My family have found the same problem when wanting to use our apartment.By the time they price air fares, car hire, food, petrol and the odd night out etc the cost has been double and sometimes treble of the cost of an all inclusive 5 star hotel in another country! (tunisia and Turkey being 2 of them).Such a shame as it sits there empty costing a 1000 euros a year and gives nothing to the Cypriot economy either.Even with the great deal we get on our car hire it is the air fares that are causing the problem and not everyone can chose a date to take advantage of the cheaper airlines and fares.

What amazed us in the past was how there were some last minute deals for self catering at just £99, our friends son always travelled out this way when he visited them, he also had a place to crash out downtown if he was a little too tipsy to get back to their place late at night.

We did that last time we flew out and saved ourselves the cost of our car hire for 3 weeks! Madness when you can get a flight, hotel(self catering/b and b)and transfers for less than an actual flight.
