REDUCED VILLA ON PAPHOS PEOPLE We have reduced the price of one of these villas to €195,000 incluive of VAT. For residents the VAT will of course be refunded, however there is also the Government resettlement scheme of €17,100 to move to outlying villages such as Stroumbi and subsidised mortgages where required. Meaning you can buy a 3 bedroom villa for €152,500... now thats a bargain. |
