LOL, it's most definitely "amazing".

Talk about getting it all wrong!

Description quite clearly says 1 bedroom and communal swimming pool.

Methinks they need to get their act in order...

Ha ha - my genuine mistake guys.

To err is human, to forgive is ... and all that.

Thanks for the advertising tips.

Most 1 bed apartments for long term rental are between 150 and 250 euros exclusive of utilities so I think you are probably going to struggle at your asking price. One bed with panoramic sea view in the hills above Peyia with underneath off road parking, communal pool with views, well furnished, sky tv and a/c is being let out for 230 euros long term on our complex.Sorry to sound negative

I was going to say the same thing, it sounded much more reasonable when we all thought it was a 2 bedroom with PRIVATE pool!!

Good luck letting it for that amount

Beverley thanks for your note. My last tenant was paying 450pm which having had a good look around on a few websites seems to be the going rate for a 1 bed etc.

Always to happy to negotiate though.

A little surprised by "tarrah"'s ongoing boring posts. Nothing else better to do have we? Ha ha. Small minded little person.

Tarrah - rather than continue with your childish anonymous online insults - I've just msgd you to meet up face to face - I'm keen to understand where I'm going wrong. Look forward to seeing you soon.
