Hi due to a change in our circumstances, we are about to move from our current rental property. The villa is a large 4 bed split over 3 floors, each with its own bathroom and kitchen, private pool and hot tub, and land either side of property to use as you wish.It is located 5 minutes drive from Polis in a very quiet village with great views across the orange groves. The property has lots of storage space and is a very unusual and quirky.The top floor has a huge patio area,second floor has a large private balcony and the ground floor has very large patio areas all round this level.The ground floor and middle floor are connected with an internal staircase with doors at both ends and can be locked off for privacy and both floors have a separate external door,the top floor has own external door to it so ideal for a house guess or teenager .Please pm for pictures or any questions
