if it had not been so up in the hills.......and hence really cold in the winter months....... we would def have asked about a long term let

Maggie - its only 20 minutes (the way Mrs PD drives anyway ) and has insulation, full CH and fitted gas fire, honestly not looking for permanent residents, a couple of months maximum.

We have had lots of hard work and fun doing the renovation over this winter, it is almost finished now and even the pool is pumped by solar voltaic power.

it's the cold air and wind chill that edd can't take..makes him seriously ill.and the mountains tend to be a good 5 degrees cooler than here in Peyia.....and even here this year has been really cold

Just as a correction here because I have been asked - The temperature in summer is only or two of degrees cooler than Pegyia (if that) and far less humid. In high summer its a lot more pleasant.
