Paphos People

I have a two bedroom apartment for longterm rent (minimum one year) in Paphos, Cyprus. About 10 mins. drive from Paphos harbour and the beaches. The apartment is at ground level with a patio overlooking a communal pool and gardens. You would be responsible for paying your electric bill, the water bills and refuse collection. The owner is responsible for paying communal fees, sewage bills and general maintenance.
